On 02/12/07 at 18:21 hours, officer(s) Horton () and Giaccgalini () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 807 Mississippi and victim advised her childs father: suspect struck her with his fist, pushed and grabbed her. victim advised suspect became physically violent after she asked him to watch their child and suspect refused. Officers observed small abrassion on victims neck. victim was given and signed a hold-harmless. suspect left the scene prior to officers arrival.
