On 02/12/07 at 18:32 hours, officer(s) C. Kirby (0397) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 2700 N Germantown and victimAvent advised That suspect attempted to purchase Prop #1: Shirt for $35.00 with a check. victimAvent attempted to verify the check with the bank and was advised that the check was not good. When victimAvent looked up victimRappe left the store with the merchandise and left the check and her ID with victimAvent. MPD was called and this report was taken. The ID and the check were tagged as evidence. victimAvent I’D the picture on the MS ID# as the suspect. ID and the check were tagged as evidence.
