Police Narrative:
On 02/12/07 at 17:31 hours, officer(s) Robinson ,I (2010) and Valentine ,J (9878) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 6410 Lost Oak and victim advised That while she and her boyfriend were inside their apt. the suspect decided to smoke a blunt by the victim being pregnant this wasnt good for her nor the baby.So, the victim broke the suspects blunt and the thats when the suspect became irate and started to fight the victim.MFD Unit 33 made the scene and transported the victim to St.Francis hospital non-critical .
