Police Narrative:
On 02/12/07 at 13:31 hours, officer(s) Bebout (0755) responded to a Counterfeiting/Forgery at 496 Jack Carley Causeway and victimByrd advised Sus #1: Unknown entered the store and charged Prop #1: Misc. to a company named "Track Works" account. Later, after Track Works got the bill for the items Sus #1: Unknown charged, it was discovered Sus #1: Unknown did not work for Track Works and was not authorized to charge anything to their account. Sus #1: Unknown signed the receipts with different names. None of the signatures were legible and originals were unavailable at the time this report was taken. These transactions occurred on 01-15-07 for $309.10, 01-16-07 for $319.56, and 01-19-07 for $343.09.Sus #1: Unknown was driving a 1990s mode Ford F150, maroon over gray with MS tag 776MR9.
Track Works is located @ 1610.Channel on Presidents Island.
victimByrd advised that it was NAPA policy to allow anyone to charge anything to any customers account without verifying their authority to do so.
