Police Narrative:
On 02/12/07 at 10:14 hours, officer(s) K.L. Gooden (0754) responded to a walk-in complaint at the Union Pct, theft occurred at 6019 Walnut Grove and victim advised that someone stole her wallet that contained her Tn drivers license, social security card and 1st Tenn, atm card. Victim stated that she put her wallet inside of a locker in the hospital locker room. Victim stated that stated that the combination lock apparently didn't secure because when she checked her locker several hours later, the wallet was gone. Victim stated that there were no signs of forced entry to the locker and as of today's date, 02/12/07 there has been unauthorized transactions.
