Police Narrative:
On 02/9/07 at 2056 hours, Officer Hudson #1061 and Officer Redd #2842 responded to Domestic at 2138 Village Woods #2. Victim victim advised, Reporting Officer received a call from a female black who advised that her sister / victim (M Rutherford) was involved in a dispute with her husband. Reporting Officer attempted to get necessary information from the victim (M Rutherford) who was very uncooperative. Reporting Officer did see that the apartment had been ransacked, M Rutherford advised that she and her husband had been fighting, due to the fact she wanted to leave home to go with her boyfriend. M Rutherford advised that she provoked her husband into hitting her because she know he would do it. The victim advised that this is an ongoing thing and she also refused to fill out a hold harmless.
