Police Narrative:
On 02/10/07 at 19:46 hours, officer(s) H Haimes (1073) and J Graves () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 3865 N Advantage Way and victim advised Officers that she came over to suspect apartment to pick up their son and suspect asked to use her phone. victim advised that suspect was intoxicated got mad about her not having her phone with her and grabbed her purse dumping everything out of it. victim advised after suspect dumped everything out of her purse he hit her in the mouth with the pruse chipping her front tooth . victim did fill out a DV hold harmless form on the scene.Reporting officers did take two photos of the victim mouth on the scene.Reporting officers did observe victim mouth bleeding and her front tooth chipped on the scene.When reporting officers made the scene suspect had left the scene. victim advised a $622.00 money order and her check book fell out of her purse and suspect picked up both items then took both items up to his apartment . victim advised she asked suspect to give her belongs back but he would not.
