On 02/10/07 at 16:34 hours, officer(s) Winters,T () responded to a Simple Assault at 3633 Old Allen and victim advised On 02/10/07,vic. Givens,walked into the allen station precinct and advised officer that in 02/01/07,her childs grandmother ,Linda Overstreet,came over her house and started an argument over the child.Vic. advised that she asked susp. to leave the house but susp. refused and then started choking vic. Vic. advised that she didn't want to get the police involved on 02/01/07 but has since changed her mind and wanted to have a report filed.There is no additional info on susp.
