Police Narrative:
On 02/10/07 at 00:07 hours, officer(s) Walker (9935) and Monger () responded to a Simple Assault at 1135 university and victim advised While she was asleep suspect began choking her causing her to awaken. suspect then grabbed victim by her jacket and started telling her he was going to kill her. victim then called for her grandmother, whom was in another room and she made the suspect leave the house. suspect was located at chelsea and britton where he was placed under arrest. victim had a black left eye that occurred the day before on 02/08/2006, when suspect punched her in the face. suspect told officers that he punched victim because she stabbed him. victim stated he punched her and that’s when she stabbed him. victim is pregnant by suspect. suspect was arrested and transported to 201 poplar to prevent the offense from continuing.
