Police Narrative:
Officers observed the defendant driving a 1993 Pontiac Grand Am bearing 211FQP TN tag was registered to Hyuandi. The vehicle was stopped and contract was made with the defendant. His license showed to be suspect for failure to satisfy as of 3-31-06. He was taken into custody. Search incident to arrest revealed that the defendant had two small plastic bags containing a green leafy substance in his right front pants pocket. The substance tezted positive for TCH weight 4.2 grams. The defendant was issued a citation and released. His vehicle was left leaggly parked as he signed a hold harmless. The marijuana was tagged into evidence.
