Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 23:59 hours, officer(s) Davis () and Rogers () responded to a Burglary/Residential at 5539 Knight Arnold and victim advised he arrived home and saw the suspect exit through his front door. victim pulled his pistol and confronted the suspect. The suspect ran e/b on knight arnold. victim advised that the suspect entered through a rear window, but took nothing. The suspect had several items gathered up, but was unable to take them. Ofcr Davis checked for prints and found one of unknown value.
