On 02/09/07 at 23:38 hours, officer(s) K. Leake (5711) responded to a Shoplifting/Misdemeanor at 3796 Shelby and victimStewart advised that an unknown male black came inside the store, grabbed three eighteen packs of beer and ran out of the store. The complaint couldnt provide any additional suspect information on the scene and there was no crime scene to process. The value of the items taken was 50. 77.
