Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 23:25 hours, officer(s) E sibley () responded to a Fight call at 5260 s third and victim advised R/o that susp called her to 5260 s third to discuss his marital affair that he was having outside their marriage. vic farmer advised susp girlfriend came outside the store and begin to argue with her at which time susp grabbed vic farmer around the neck and begin to choke her at which time witness vic farmer daughter grabbed susp off of her. vic farmer advised that susp then ran n/b s third. vic farmer had no injuries. a dv hold harmless was issued.
