Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 21:47 hours, officer(s) F R Shipp (0882) responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 1604 Eastmoreland and victim advised Officers that her exboyfriend of 10 months, and childs father, suspect, came by her home tonight . While at the victims home, the suspect , suspect became upset and threw an empty coke can at the victim while she was holding the 9mo old baby. The coke can didnt strike the victim or the child. The victim also stated that she kept telling the suspect to leave and he refused . The victim also stated that she threw her home phone at the suspect when he threw the empty coke can at her. Officers observed the victim was very distraught and shaken up by the ordeal. The suspect wasnt on the scene upon officers arrival. The victim also completed a holdharmless.
