Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 23:01 hours, officer(s) Hopper (8983) responded to a Credit Card/ATM Fraud at 5388 Rappahanock and victim advised that he was contacted by his wife about a charge on their joint checking account at approximately 1300 on 02-09-07. Dish Network authorized a 49.50 charge which the victim nor his wife charged. Additional charges of 2.00 and 600.00 were also charged before 2200 on the same date. A charge of 1000.00 was also set to be charged to an account with dish network. The name on the Dish Network account was Tamika Vann.
