On 02/09/07 at 22:35 hours, officer(s) Bibbs,V (3034) and Dewitt,S () responded to a Threatening Phone Call at 815 North Holmes and victim advised Sus:Keisha called her home several times threatening to burn her house down. victim stated she doesnt know the suspect,but her sister,Mattie Patterson,knows of her. victim advised the suspect believes her sister is messing with her boyfriend. victim stated Sus:Keisha is calling from phone number 690-6198.
