Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 22:09 hours, officer(s) Morris (1866) and McKnight () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 4118 Tarrywood Dr and suspect advised Advised that her boyfriend, suspect came over and they got into an argument. She stated that he started hitting her in the mouth. suspect then picked up a knife to protect her self and he ran out. suspect stated that suspect came at him first swinging and bit him on the arm. He stated that when he started to defend himself she picked up a knife so he ran out. suspect had a slightly busted lip and suspect had a barely visible bite mark on his left arm. There were no witnesses to the assaults. Officers could not determine a primary aggressor so no arrest was made. suspect left the scene voluntarily.
