Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 22:38 hours, officer(s) R. McMoore (7019) responded to a Traffic stop at Winchester and Graceland and the Reporting Officer advised Officer McMoore in the area of Winchester and Millbranch observed Defendant driving a 2000 Chevy Impala white in color with no tags traveling W/B on Winchester. Officer McMoore conducted a traffic stop at Winchester and Graceland. When officer McMoore approached the drivers side window, a strong oder of raw marijuana could be smelled coming from inside of the vehicle. victimGreer only produced TN identification. victimGreer stated he only had a blunt in the ash tray. victimGreer was placed under arrest. Vehicle was searched incident to arrest and officer located in the driver side door panel tgws of marijuana. The blunt was also retrieved from the ash tray. The marijuana tested positive and was tagged at 201 Poplar P&E room. victimGreer was issued a citation in lieu of physical transport because he had valid TN identification.
