Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 21:29 hours, officer(s) Stefanik () and Turner () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 1474 Rainey, Apt 3 and victim advised That her son, Sus: F. Churchman, was over with a female friend and her baby. Vic: H. Churchman advised that she told Sus: F. Churchman to keep the baby from climbing on her coffee table. Vic: H. Churchman advised that Sus: F. Churchman got mad and started yelling at her, pushing her, and choking her. Vic: H. Churchman advised that Sus: F. Churchman left before officers arrived. Vic: H. Churchman advised that she did not need an ambulance and she filled out a hold harmless.
