On 02/09/07 at 22:12 hours, officer(s) Stoneman,J () and Priddy,S (1047) responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at 4635 Raliegh Lagrange and the Reporting Officer advised Ofc working plainclothes was standing near vehicle when suspect1 opened door. ofc smelled oder of burnt marijuana. ofc detained suspect1 and recovered a blunt. The blunt tested positive for thc at 201 poplar. issued a misdemeanor citation.
