On 02/09/07 at 21:58 hours, officer(s) Crooke () and Quinn () responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at 4635 raleigh- lagrange and the Reporting Officer advised That while leaving the abbington apartments a red ford contour pulled in front of them. a/os observed a strong odor consistent with marijuana coming from the vehicle. the def pulled into the store parking lot and was detained. a/os recovered .8g tgw of marijuana from the floorboard of the vehicle. the def was issued a misdemeanor citation and released.
