On 02/09/07 at 22:07 hours, officer(s) Aylor () responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at Elliston/harville and the Reporting Officer advised On fri, 2/9/07, at appx 2200 hrs, strike team ofcs on patrol observed victimGarcia driving a 96 chevy tahoe, red, tn001gdj, vin 1gnek13rxtj313871 w/b elliston w/an expired tag, victimGarcia was stopped, once stopped, he adv ofcs he had no dl, a brief check revealed a susp. dl for frequent traffic viols on 9/5/06, victimGarcia had no proof of insurance either. search incident to arrest, ofcs located a glass pipe w/marijuana residue in the center console, ofcs also located a glass crack pipe in the upper console. due to the paraphernalia located, ofcs began a frisk of both occupants more thouroughly, ofcs located a small waxy, white substance believed to be crack cocaine weighing appx .1tgw concealed in his r sock, also ofcs located a small bag of a white powdered substance believed to be cocaine weighing .3 tgw concealed in his l sock. neither susps had identification. vehicle towed to city lot. both susps trans to 201 poplar. drugs tested pos/tagged at p/e, paraphernalia tagged at p/e.
