On 02/09/07 at 22:08 hours, officer(s) Gray () responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at Philsdale/getwell and the Reporting Officer advised a/o was n/b getwell and he observed Veh #1: CHEV IMP/ tn tag#232fvd n/b getwell with driver / victimBuckner drinking a beer. No tint on vehicle. victimBuckner was front passenger. Neither suspect were wearing seatbelts. Traffic stop made at philsdale /getwell. victimBuckner presented I’d only and his dl wa suspended. victimBuckner did not have proof of insurance. A/o observed the strong oder of marijuana in the vehicle and a blunt in the ash tray. victimBuckner claimed the marijuana as his. The marijuana was tagged at pe, tested positive for thc with an approximate 0. 3 tgw. victimBuckner was issued a mis cit. victimJohnson drove vehicle from scene.
