Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 21:15 hours, officer(s) jackson,m () and thomas, l () responded to a Call-in at 1494 Livewell Circle and victim advised that she was evicted from 1494 Livewell Circle and $300 dollars was stolen from her purse by the landlord. Approx. 1711 hrs Ofcs Jackson and Thomas 723c responded to a call regarding an illegal eviction. Ofcs made scene and determined it to be a civil matter. The victim/E. Lewis stated she left her purse on a table in the living room and it was missing later. Be advised there were approx. 5 to 7 different people in and out of the house during the eviction. The victim/ E. Lewis advised when ofcs left the scene one of the landlords movers placed a dresser outside and when she checked it, she found her purse to be inside but $300 dollars and the keys to the house were missing. The victim stated the Sus: Steve then stated, " I got my rent money" , and drove off. The victim stated the Sus: Steve, who owns the home, locked the door with her key which was taken from her purse and refuse to let her get her refrigerator from the residence.
