Police Narrative:
On 2-8-07 at 2040 hours, officer Leslie, J and Yancey E responded to Recovery Foreign with Arrest at Winchester//Air Park and the reporting officer advised that while on patrol, arresting officers Leslie and Yancey noticed a white Honda Civic with MS tag 449DGR
leaving a known drug house. The arresting officers ran the tag on the vheicle and it came back as a stolen vehicle. The A/Os were able to stop the vehicle at Winchester //Air Park.
A/Os McCoy and Haimes 1055 assisted in the traffic stop. The A/Os were abole to detain the driver, defendant Albeto Rodiguez and the passenger, defendant Richard Rodiguez. The vehicle was stolen out of Horn Lake, MS with a NIC V250324307 and a MS R and I . The vehicle was towed to the City Lot.
Upon patting the passenger down defendant Richard Rodiguez, a small bag of white powdery substance in a small sandwich bag fell out of the defendants pants. The substance was tested at the Property and Evidence room at 201 Poplar weighed 0.7 grams TGW and tested positive for cocaine. The defendant Richard Rodiguez did spontaneously utter that the white substance was his and it was cocaine. A/Os checked the two defemdants with the information that they were given by the defendants and R. Rodiguez had a warrant out of Florida for failure to appear in court on a burglary charge and is also listed as a missing juvenile. The drug/weap9n report R and I is for cocaine. Lt. Bullock, 304d made the scene and advised.
