Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 21:02 hours, officer(s) Wicks () and Mebane (1998) responded to a Simple Assault at 1330 Clementine and victim advised officers that suspect assaulted her after she refused to go to the store and buy suspect some cigarettes. Victim 1 stated that she was holding victim 2 in her lap when suspect began hitting and kicking her causing their baby\victim2 to hit the floor head first leaving a knot on victim2 forehead. Victim 1 complained of head and neck pain but refused to get transported so that she could go to Lebonheur with victim2 by MFD6. Officers weren't able to get noticeable pictures of injuries on prints. Victim 1 signed a hold harmless and requested officers to transport a second 1yr female to their emergency contact home.
