Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 21:18 hours, officer(s) N. Newman () and M. McCord (5623) responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at Fizer // Getwell and the Reporting Officer advised On 2/9/07 around 2100hrs the Strike Team was in the area of Fizer // Getwell, a high crime and drug sales area, checking a complaint. Officer Newman and Lt. McCord observed a male black, def.(Green), walking w/b in the middle of Fizer from Getwell. Officers arrested def.(Green) for walking in the street. Search incident to arrest founded def.(Green) to be in possession of two(2) burned crack pipes (one(1) plastic and one(1) glass), approx 0.1 TGW of crack cocaine, approx 0.4 TGW of marijuana in a metal pill containor, two(2) metal push rods, and some brass billow used to filter the crack pipes. Def.(Green) also had two(2) active warrants, one for PCS t/w cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia # and one for failure to appear #, as of 1/26/07. Def.(Green) was transported to Jail. This occurred in Memphis and Shelby County TN. Crack and marijuana tested positive at P&E Room. All evidence was tagged at 201 Poplar P&E Room by
