Police Narrative:

On 02/09/07 at 20:48 hours, officer(s) Cline () and Parker (2004) responded to a Traffic Violation at Pendelton // Jolsen and the Reporting Officer advised That while on routine patrole officers observed the vehicle stop at a known drug house at Imogene and Dewight. When the vehicle pulled away from the house officers got in behind the vehicle and ran the vehicle tags. The vehicle tags came back to a kia and was displayed on an impala. Officers made a traffic stop at pendelton and jolsen and asked the driver victimDuncan for his DL. When the officer ran victimDuncan it showed that he had a suspended license. When officers returned to the vehicle they had victimDuncan step out of the vehicle. Officers then observed in plain view a glass containing an alcoholic beverage in the center console cup holder. When officers returned to the vehicle again they asked the front passenger victimJones for her DL which at that time officers observed a shot glass of alcoholic beverage in the arm rest of the passenger door. For officer safety, the victimJones was placed in a squad car. Officers again came back to the vehicle and asked the rear passenger victimThomas to exit the vehicle. Officers then observed in plain view on the rear passenger floor board a small plastic bag containing a substance belived to be marijuana. The victimThomas was the placed into custody and search incident to arrest officers found another small amount of marijuana inside the victimThomas right front pocket. Officers then found several more bags of marijuana inside the victimJones purse. The vehicle was towed and held for ocu. victimDuncan was issued a misdameanor citation and was released. victimThomas and victimJones were placed into custody and transported. The marijuana was tested and tagged at 201 poplar.
