On 02/09/07 at 21:09 hours, officer(s) Crooke () and Quinn () responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at 4574 andrew crossing and the Reporting Officer advised That while on routine patrol a/os observed victimNowell and victimNowell sitting in a running vehicle parked in the rear of the abbington apartments. a/os have made numerous drug arrest at this location. officers approached the vehicle and observed shredded chore boy in victimNowell lap. chore boy is commonly used to stuff in the end of a crack pipe. victimNowell was was also trying to conceal items on her left hand. victimNowell had no dl. a/o recovered .2 grams of crack cocaine from her hand and a glass crack pipe in her seat. a/o recovered 1.6 g tgw of marijuana while patting down victimNowells left coat pocket. the evidence was weighed tested and tagged at 201 poplar. victimNowell and victimNowell were issued misdemeanor citations and released.
