Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 21:09 hours, officer(s) Thomas () and Jackson () responded to a Vandalism/Misdemeanor at 2085 E Hillview and victim advised she and the suspect got into an argument at her residence. Vict advised both parties were yelling at each other when she told the suspect to leave her residence. Vict advised the suspect walked out the residence while both were still arguing at each other when the suspect picked up a brick and threw it through the victs kitchen window. Officers made the scene and observed the broken window. Suspect left the scene before officers arrived.
