Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 20:40 hours, officer(s) Leslie, J () and Yancey, E () responded to a Recovery/Foreign with Arrest at Winchester//Air Park and the Reporting Officer advised That while on patrol A\Os Leslie # and Yancey # noticed a white Honda Civic with MS tag 449DGR leaving a known drug house. The A/Os ran the tag on the vehicle and it came back as a stolen vehicle. The A\Os were able to stop the vehicle at Winchester//Air Park. A\Os McCoy # and Haimes #1055 assisted in the traffic stop. The A\Os were able to detain the driver, suspect suspect, and the passenger, suspect suspect. The vehicle was stolen out of Horn Lake, MS with a victimV250324307 and a MS R&victim. The vehicle was towed to the City Lot. Upon patting the passenger down, suspect suspect, a small bag of white powdery substance in a small sandwich bag fell out of the suspects pants. The substance was tested at the Property and Evidence room at 201 Poplar and weighed 0.7 grams TGW and tested positive for cocaine. The suspect suspect did spontaneously utter that the white substance was his and it was cocaine. A\Os checked the two suspects with the information that they were given by the suspects and suspect had a warrant out of Florida for failure to appear in court on a burglary charge and is also listed as a missing juvenile. The drug/weapon report R&I is for the cocaine. Lt. Bullock, 304D, made the scene and advised.
