On 02/09/07 at 20:20 hours, officer(s) KELLY (4679) responded to a Call-in at 7989 STAGE and victimTackett advised Comp advised he saw the suspect picking up several items and put them in her purse...the def. bought the items in her shopping basket as she was about to leave security stopped her and asked for the stolen items..the def had placed several candles ..cat food ..a pair of jeans and a shirt. the total was $60.42..the suspect had over one thousnd dollars in cash in her purse...the items were left at the store..the def was issued a citation
