Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 20:21 hours, officer(s) Turner () responded to a Shoplifting at 6140 Macon and victimGurley advised That about 1900 hrs he observed victimMcAlpin put a turkey caller in his left jacket pocket. victimGurley advised that he followed victimMcAlpin around the store for approximately 1 hour on the stores surveillance camera. victimGurley advised that victimMcAlpin then purchased a gift card, didn't pay for the merchandise then tried to exit the store and he was stopped at the exit. victimMcAlpin was placed into custody by victimGurley then he notified the police. Officer Turner made the scene and was advised of the situation. victimGurley advised that he asked victimMcAlpin to remove the contents in all his pockects and he pulled out a green leafy substance which had strong odor from right pocket in his jeans. victimMcAlpin was then transported to Juvenile Court. Green leafy substance was taken to property room and weighed at 8.7 grams.
