Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 20:19 hours, officer(s) S. Merritt () responded to a Traffic stop at Latham/S Parkway and the Reporting Officer advised The def was stopped because his tags came back to a different vehicle than he was driving. The def license was suspended and a search incident to arrest yielded two baggies and a marijuana blunt which weighed and tested positive for marijuana. The marijuana was found in the def left shoe and was tested and tagged at p and e room 201 Poplar.
