Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 20:01 hours, officer(s) Obrien () responded to a Purse-Snatching at 1665 E Raines and victim advised That she was working at 1665 E Raines (Jackson Hewlett) when a M/B came into the store and started going through her purse. When the victim came back from the back of the store the suspect told her to "Look at the wall and dont turn around." The victim advised that she heard the suspect dump her purse out on her desk and then run out of the store. When she turned around the suspect was gone. The only property that was missing was (2) ATM cards from First Tennessee Bank. The victim also advised the cards were already changed. The only suspect the victim could give was a tall M/B in a black jacket with a hood.
