Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 19:50 hours, officer(s) Hendree () and Cunningham () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 3481 Foxhunt and victim advised that her husband victim made verbal threats to harm her with a gun and he pushed her with his hands . victim advised that she tried to talk to her husband about a divorce and he became angry and pushed her and started packing up her belongings to put her out of the house . victim advised that he and his wife victim had an argument and she said she wanted to leave so he started packing her things . victim further he did not push his wife and denied having a gun of any type . victim suffered no injuries and signed a Hold Harmless . victim was advised and left the scene .
