On 02/09/07 at 19:16 hours, officer(s) Aylor () responded to a Drugs/Narcotics Violation/Misdemeanor at Wilbec/park and the Reporting Officer advised On fri, 2/9/07, at appx 1905 hrs, strike team ofcs on patrol observed a 2003 cadillac driving e/b park, the driver had no seatbelt in place, veh was stopped, driver of said veh adv he had identification only, a check showed a susp dl, victimMukes was a passenger in the veh, due to furtive movements by victimMukes, veh, and she were consentually searched for ofc saftey, ofc located a small bag of a leafy green substance believed to be marijuana weighing appx 1.3 tgw in her r front pants pocket, victimMukes was issued a misd cit due to proper identification. driver was also issued the same for traffic offenses. marijuana tagged/tested pos at p/e.
