On 02/09/07 at 18:42 hours, officer(s) Merriweather () and Chillis (8963) responded to a Simple Assault at 4024 new willow rd and victim advised That he came in to the kids room where she was sleeping and attempted to punch her in the head but put her arm up blocking the blow.Suspect stated she needed to get her retarded son and get out of his house leaving the daughter behind.Vic stated she called police last night but officers didnt take a report and let him go.R/o took pictures with the pda.
