Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 approx. 1935 hours. detective Collins and Detective Dunn stopped a 1995 Maroon Chev. Caprice for no tail light at Millbranch and Oakwood. The defendant was a front seat passenger. When detective Collins observed the defendant reach down towards the door panel, detective Collins opened the door at which time location a clear plastic baggiest containing marijuana. The defendant stated that the marijuana belonged to her. The marijuana tested positive for the conducted by property and evidence office 10.6 TGW and observed by Detective Collins. The marijuana was tagged into evidence at 201 Poplar.
