Police Narrative:
On 02/08/07 at 1931 hrs, Officers Coleman and Anderson 1729 responded to a Fight Victim at 569 Poplar and victim Williams advised that he and the suspect was involved in a fight over suspect's crack money and the fight turned physical, because victim advises that he gave suspect's crack money to his brother instead. Victim has undetermined injury to his right knee and lower guadricep area as a result of the fight. Ambulance #1 made the scene to proved medical attention and also transported victim to Methodist Central in non critical. Suspect was described as a male black, gold teeth.
