Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 10:52 hours, officer(s) K. Wilson (9082) responded to a Counterfeiting/Forgery at 7405 Barnstable and victimWilliams advised victimSimpson, a former employee, stole two blank company checks from the desk drawer where they were normally kept. victimSimpson then proceeded to make the checks out to herself for $875 and $860, while forging the owners name, Robert Williams, to the checks, adding his endorsement. A copy of the checks, which were cashed on 12/15/2006, were tagged at 201 Poplar Property and Evidence.
