Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 09:24 hours, officer(s) Parker () responded to a Walk-in at 791 E.Raines Rd and victim advised that suspect was observed by the witness, witness, inside vehicle at 2345 hrs on 02/08/2007. Once spotted the suspect ran from the vehicle. The witness contacted the compl. Covington who discovered the damage to the vehicle.He stated that the suspect stays in the area and is a known crack head. The victim stated that they would press charges.
