Police Narrative:
On 2-8-07 at 2005 hours, Officer A. Howard #1985 responded to Vandalism at 2854 S. Mendenhall #5 and victim A. Bynum advised he was cleaning his apt when an unknown suspect threw a rock thru his front door and broke the window. No suspect information was available.
