Police Narrative:
On Feb 8, 2007 at 0027 hours, Officer White, R. # responded to Vandalism at Raines/Elvis Presley and victim Jessie M. Moore advised that she parked her vehicle at 1231 E. Raines at Mystic Styles Beauty Shop around 1830 hrs 1-7-07. Moore advised when she went out to her vehicle around 2330 hrs her vehicle was making funny noises. Moore advised when she pulled on the Walgreens parking lot she noticed that her front left tire was on flat and have been cut. Moore advised she contacted the hair stylist to see if her vehicle tire was on flat and the stylist advised yes. Dabney advised when Moore contacted her she went out to her vehicle and observed that her back passenger tire was on a flat. Dabney advised that she believe that TC (Kern Western) 3-28-63, , 1389 Timothy) cut the tires cause she refused to open the door for him after business hours, Officer observed the tires on both vehicle and observed a cut on the tires.
