On 02/09/07 at 08:19 hours, officer(s) Parker () and Batts () responded to a Call-in at 791 E. Raines Rd. and victim advised that some unknown suspect or suspects stole her vehicle's license plate. victim advised tag # 859-LYC was stolen from her 2006 Chevy Malibu while parked at her residence. victim also advised that the theft took place between 1730 and 1830. There is no suspect or witness information.
