Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 06:35 hours, officer(s) D. Waller () and J. Graham () responded to a Simple Assault/DV at 4120 1st NorthsidE Dr and victim advised That her boyfriend and father of her unborn child came over to her apartment between the above times and struck her in the face several times. victim advised that she told suspect not to come over but he did anyway. victim advised that she let suspect bond inside and when she told him she did not want to be with him anymore he slapped her on the left side of her face and punched her with a closed fist on each side of her face. R/Os observed swelling on both sides of victims face. victim completed a hold harmless and refused medical attention .
