Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 02:38 hours, officer(s) S.Biessenberger (0308) and Bogue () responded to a Burglary/Residential at 2901 Thomas and victim advised She came home and noticed the rear window had been broken, upon entry victim noticed several items of hers had been taken. Victim advised she had talked to her upstairs neighbor witness who saw the suspects and property leaving the apartment. witness called the police, responding officers made the scene and advised witness that they couldnt do anything without the owner present. Reporting officers spoke with the witness, who advised 2 male blacks were leaving the residence with the property and left the scene in a silver metallic Alero. witness said she saw only 2 male blacks , one was sitting in the car and the other was loading the property into the trunk. witness advised the suspect loading the vehicle was wearing a black hoodie and a black leather coat. Suspects were aware that witness had seen them and shined a flashlight in her face while walking to their vehicle. Officers were unable to find any finger prints on the scene, no photos were taken.
