Police Narrative:
On 02/09/07 at 00:52 hours, officer(s) Taylor () and Lee (4163) responded to a Aggravated Assault/DV at 134 Pickett and victim advised victim advised that she was telling her husband susp; suspect Jr that she wanted a divorce and that he is causing her to many problems . victim then advised that susp; A.Vann then pushed her to the floor and kicked her between her legs serveral times and he also hit her in the forehead two times. victim also advised that susp; A.Vann then grabbed a small kitchen knife and as she fought with him to protect herself she rescevied a small cut on her right index finger and a small amount of swallowing.Officers on the scene did observed the cut to the finger and the swallowing but no other injuries were observed and victim refused medical attention but she did signed a hold harmless form also refusing to be taken to a safe place. Susp; A. Vann left the scene headed n/b on Pickett advised victim .
