Police Narrative:
Officers were called to assist plain clothes officers in a traffic stop where they observed the defendant failing to use a turn signal when turning from Safari and Pendleton. Officers stopped the vehicle at Lamar and Southwall. The defendant produced a picture drivers license however when officers ran the defendant's drivers license it was shown to be Suspended for Failure to Satisfy A Citation 02-28-06. Search incident to arrest officers found a small amount of marijuana under the rear driver side floor mat. The marijuana was tagged and tested positive at 201 Poplar P & E Room 1.5 tgw.
