Police Narrative:
On February 08, 2007 at 2230 hours, Officer(s) WILLIAMS, FREDERICK A EMP# 1227 / EMP# responded to Robbery/Individual at Germantown//Shelby Dr and victim Ronald Black advised he met 3 male blacks at the above location to buy some rims from them. The victim advised a friend of his named John John set up the meeting with the male blacks. The victim stated when he got out of his car one of the male blacks pointed a 12 gauge shotgun aat his head and told him to lay it down. The victim said when he did they too his wallet and gold chain, pair of tenns shoes as well as his cell phone. The victim stated they attempted to take his car but it quit. The suspect drove away in a 80's model Cadillac white in color with front end damage and on the left side dirven by a male white n/b on S. Germantown.
